DELIVERY
Ridley Fox uses Australia Post for delivery of all its domestic and international orders.

DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping and delivery costs will be calculated at checkout and included in your final total. You do not need to complete (pay) your purchase in order have this cost calculated as part of your order.

DELIVERY METHODS
You may request to have your parcel delivered by Australia Post Express should you require urgent delivery. Please indicate at “Checkout” if you require your order to be sent by Express Post and the applicable cost will be indicated.

International / Rest of World
Delivery time for international orders is between 4- 12 business days from the time your order has been placed for standard Airmail delivery. Standard delivery does not enable us to track your order. Should you wish to track your order you should select the Express Post International option or if you require your products urgently then please select Express Courier International merchandise. These two options attract higher shipping costs which will be calculated for you at time of checkout prior to paying for your products.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
