Payments – Is it safe to shop online with Ridley Fox?
Shopping online with Ridley Fox is safe and secure. At no point do we actually see or ever store your credit card details. The information you submit will be verified and you will be advised if your payment has been accepted. Your personal and financial information (such as name, address and credit card details) is protected by Verisign Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with the highest level of industry-standard encryption. All payment information is sent directly to the bank, so we do not see or store your credit card details. In this way, information you send to us over the internet cannot be read in the unlikely event that it is intercepted. Credit and debit card transactions are secure.

When SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and the location (URL) field at the top of the browser will begin with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’.

Payments – What payment methods do you accept?

Online payment for products may be made by Visa or Mastercard or Paypal. Please ensure that you check all the details you have provided are correct. Once you proceed to check-out you will note that a delivery charge will be displayed automatically and added to your final total. Once you have confirmed your order, your payment will be processed for approval. If your credit card is declined, a message will be displayed to advise you.

When your order has been finalised and confirmed you will receive an order number and confirmation on the screen. We recommend you print and retain a copy of your order.

Prices – What taxes do I pay on my purchase?

All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.

Prices – what is your Pricing Policy?

Ridley Fox reserves the right to change prices displayed on the website without notice. The prices for items on an order are fixed, based on the selling price of the product(s) on our website on the date of acceptance of your order. Any subsequent price changes will not be applied to Accepted Orders. All pricing displayed on the Website is for online purchases only and may not necessarily be matched at a retail outlet selling Ridley Fox products. All internet orders will attract a delivery/shipping charge.

Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any overseas orders and transactions will be converted to Australian currency based on the daily exchange rate. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars at the conversion rate determined by your bank or credit provider. Some banks also charge a small currency conversion fee.
